Jasper is 7 and likes to think he rules the small village of Halam where we live.
He loves horses and ‘some’ dogs. We live on a small lane with very little traffic and he likes to lay in the middle of the road tormenting any dogs that dare to pass!
His fur is like Velcro and after being out on an early morning hunting spree he comes home covered in twigs, leaves, brambles, sticky buds, hay and goodness knows what else ... it’s certainly hard work keeping on top of all that fur but the main thing is he’s happy and who could ask for more 😻

Angel is a Black Smoke Maine Coon female, 6 months old. At times I feel she should have been called Devil.
My bedroom looks as if a cyclone had gone through. But I wouldn't trade her for anything. She is so much fun, especially when she crawls up on my chest and purrs like a freight train.

Kong is 4 months old and our first Maine Coon.
I am in LOVE with this cat!! He is adorable!!
I never thought it possible to love a cat this much. He is so special. Kong is lovable, expressive, intelligent, and altogether lovely.
He acts like no other cat I’ve ever been around! I enjoy watching him play as much as I do holding and petting him.
I cannot get enough of him!! I am definitely a Coonie fan forever!!

Gracie Mae came out of the woods when she was 4 weeks old, near death from being thrown out of a car (or so the vet thought) on my birthday in 2010.
She's almost 14 yrs. old, weighs close to 30 lbs. and is the love of my life. She's my first Maine Coon. She is so smart and lovable...mainly only to her Mom.

She's smart, beautiful, well groomed, funny rotten, and a little crazy at times.
She's the whole package. She's very affectionate especially in the evening she talks to me with that little chirpy thing they do.
Her favorite thing to do is climb high up her cat tree and nap in the sunlight. Best companion a girl could have. I wouldn't trade her for the world.

Our Malina is 9 years old. She had a rough start in life...the day she was spayed she chewed all her stitches out and needed to wear the cone of shame for two weeks after.
Another scare came a few years later when she was diagnosed with an aggressive injection-site sarcoma that was a result of a rabies shot.
Initially our vet had told us that her rear leg would need to be amputated to save her life, however after he got into the surgery he discovered that he could remove the mass with wide enough margins to save her leg.
The recovery period was 2 weeks, she needed to be kept away from the other cats and in a place where her movement was limited (her home was the bath tub), and once again she had to wear the cone.
She is truly a Diva and she loves to be brushed and pampered but still plays like a kitten with her animated toys.

IZZY about 2-3 mo
Izzy is a red tabby purebred Mainecoon wild child! Lol He is currently 7 months old, and adores his favorite pastime…, playing! With everything and anything!
He also enjoys spending time with his human mom, and insists upon waiting, and then racing her to the bedroom when it is time to go to bed.
Although he forgets and thinks it’s playtime in the bed, and likes to zoom around in the tunnels he makes under the blanket!
He also loves watching the birds and squirrels from the windows, although chasing his plastic springs across the floor is his ultimate favorite past time. He will carry those springs back and forth as long as you’ll toss them!
Say, “TREATs?!” And he is there. He’s a very energetic, silly, smart, funny, and loving kitty, whom enjoys having his adopted brother Obi to spend his time with, and share experiences with.
Nothing better than two buds hanging together watching the birds and the squirrels together.
He is growing up fast! And his beautiful MaineCoon coat is starting to get long and silky. He gets more vocal as he’s gotten older.
So excited to watch him grow and develop. So grateful to have him as part of my family.

When we got him 8 years ago, the people at the regional "Adopt-a-Thon listed him as a "Domestic Longhair. They did not even know that they had a Maine Coon.
He loves water out of the bathtub, or water fountain. When riled up, he lets loose with what my wife and I call "The Chewbacca Call" which scares any unwanted local cats.
He also loves to come up on my computer desk and place his chin & neck up so I will give his long "Lion Mane" and chest hair a good grushing. The instant we touch him, his big motor starts up.
He is EXTREMELY affectionate and loves to sleep like a hat on our heads nightly.

So we have two Main Coon kittens that just turned 8 months old. Odin and Loki. Same father, different mothers but born 10 days apart. Odin is the younger by 10 days but he just hit 20 pounds, Loki is 18.5 pounds.
We begrudging lock them out of our bedroom from about 10 pm to 7 am, because the two brothers rump and wrestle around our room all night and it sounds like a herd of elephants playing lol.
They both sleep outside our door waiting for us to open up the room every morning.
Last night we heard the door handle rattling to our room, kinda scary lol…then Odin comes strolling in like he just won an Olympic Medal. HE FIGURED OUT HOW TO TURN THE DOOR KNOB ABD OPEN THE DOOR 😂😂😂
And he did it repeatedly, so now we have to lock the door at night to keep the ‘kittens’ out lol

Riddles was adopted to replace my husband’s cat. My daughter was a manager at a PetCo and a person brought the cat in because her child was allergic.
My daughter is a softie and brought him home for her dad but the cat decided he liked me best!
He hides whenever anybody new comes to the house and is very selective about who he befriends. He prefers ladies! He loves to lay in the sun and take over my chair even when I am sitting on it. He even wants to take over the computer keyboard when I am trying to work.

She is a princess and loves to be petted. Every visitor has come to see her.
She takes things from her brother and he never protests.Often she sits up like a raccoon and looks adorable.
Telulsh will squeeze herself into any small basket and claim it as her bed. She loves to lay in water in the bath with the tap running. She also gets her top half into my small pond.
She weighs between 6.5 and 7.5. Her paws are enormous!! Her fur is really thick and deep with orange hues around her ruff.
Both my cats are 7 in May and are brother and sister. Even the vet says she is so pretty and calls her a little lioness.
Telulsh only goes out in the garden and hunts leaves which she proudly struts in with. She is Maine Coon Bengal mix and I would love to know what colour she is known as?
She is loved so much!

Big sweet boy
Presley is a rescue kitty at 7 weeks he's now 10 years plus.
He's a big boy (20 pounds) the vet when we took him at 7 weeks for his first check up is the one who said Maine Coon as we had just thought he was an alley cat.
He is a sweet boy most of the time but will show you he's the king. He's very verbal and definitely talks to us actually answering our questions correctly, especially yes and no. Also we sometimes get a why, what, or a hi.
He's an indoor spoiled baby. Presley is a diabetic. We found out when he was 7 years old.
He takes daily insulin shots and will go to his shot place everyday at the right time. He's so very smart and has learned to manipulate his humans.
I could go on and on about this fantastic big boy in fact I could write a book about his antics. He still loves to play, really loves playing chase, peek a boo, and in water.
Here is Presley with who we call his little Mama (my 28 year old daughter) I am big Mama as I took care of hime when she was in college for 4 years.
He still lives with all of us as he doesn't like change and truly wants his family together.
He is very verbal especially to me (big Mama) because we spend so much time together. He is our big baby even though 10 years old.
We feel Presley is part Coon due to size and the vet identifying him as one. Truth is, we honestly do not know as he was a rescue kitty at 7 weeks.
He's very verbal honestly making words to answer our questions.
Yes, he's our little king so he really does have the right name. He's one well love baby boy

Got this baby when she got dumped in the neighborhood 12 years ago.
Friends kept asking if she was a Maine Coon. Curious, sent in her DNA and test result said she is like 45% MC.
That explains a lot of her personality. Loves water. Ear tufts. Looong whiskers. Curious. Smart. Loves to solve kitty puzzles with treats as prizes! Loves to let me know when I’m running behind her schedule!

Cinnamon is about 15 years old, and is still a healthy, curious, and moderately active companion.
I adopted him from a Maine Coon Rescue 12 years ago. They estimated he was 3 years old.
He is intelligent, independent, and quite regal in his bearing. He was a stray who had obviously been someone’s pet and quickly adjusted to his new home with me.
He is a Maine Coon mix and exhibits a lot of Maine Coon characteristics except that he does not like water!
He is a near constant companion, always near me but not sitting on me except for snuggling across my chest in the morning and some little stints of lap time in the evening. It’s just the two of us growing old together. Actually, we rescued each other!
